Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Plushmo app ("Plushmo", "we", "us"). By using Plushmo you agree to them. If you downloaded Plushmo from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement wins for anything it covers.
Who can use Plushmo
Plushmo is for families. An adult should set it up, and anyone under the age of majority should use it with a parent or guardian's permission. Purchases are made by the account holder on the device.
Free and Plush Pro
- Free. Every install gets one free Plushmo, with all fabrics. Free share cards carry a small "made with Plushmo" watermark.
- Plush Pro. An auto-renewing yearly subscription, at the price shown in the app before you buy, that removes the watermark and lets you make unlimited Plushmos within a fair-use limit of 20 per day. The limit keeps costs fair for everyone; we will show a friendly message if you reach it.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each year unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in your device's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plush Pro until the period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Family Sharing is supported on the App Store.
- Restore. Use Restore purchase in Settings or on the Plush Pro screen after reinstalling or switching devices.
Your photos and your plushes
Only use photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure they (or, for a child, their parent or guardian) are happy for you to turn them into a plush. You keep your rights in your photos. The plush images Plushmo makes for you are yours to keep, save, and share for personal, non-commercial use. You give us permission to process your photo and store your plushes only as needed to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Be kind
Do not use Plushmo to make images that are hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that mock or embarrass someone without their consent, and do not try to get around the app's limits or interfere with the service. We may block requests or access that break these rules.
About AI-made images
Plushes are made by an image model and can be surprising. Sometimes a result will look nothing like the photo, and occasionally a photo cannot be turned into a plush at all. Plushmo makes digital images only; it does not make or ship physical toys. Personality lines and rarities are for fun and are assigned at random.
Our stuff
The Plushmo name, logo, Mo the mascot, the app, and its design belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
Changes and availability
We may update Plushmo, change features, or update these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. We may stop offering Plushmo in the future; if that happens while you have an active subscription, we will give notice in the app.
No warranties
Plushmo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted or error free or that results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to Plushmo is limited to the amount you paid for Plush Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending things
You can stop using Plushmo at any time and delete your data from Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
